POSTAL SERVICE DECISION ON MOTION FOR RECONSIDERATION
Complainant has filed a Motion for Reconsideration of a Postal Service Decision on Petition for Supplemental Orders dated May 18, 1990. Complainant argues that the Decision should be reconsidered because it mistakenly attached the wrong exhibits to its Petition.

The inadvertent failure to support a Petition does not serve as a proper basis for reconsideration. Accordingly, Complainant's Motion for Reconsideration is denied. Such denial is without prejudice to refiling a new Petition based on promotional materials distributed subsequent to this Decision.
