On February 22, 1982, Administrative Law Judge Edwin S. Bernstein issued an Initial Decision sustaining an appeal from the "Notice of Intent to Close Post Office Box" dated August 20, 1981. No appeal from the Initial Decision having been filed within the time allowed therefor, that Decision is now the final agency Decision of the Postal Service as provided in 39 C.F.R. § 958.9.
