On October 28, l981, Administrative Law Judge Edwin S. Bernstein issued an Initial Decision holding that an order under 39 U.S.C. § 3005 should issue in the above-captioned matter. By letter dated November 24, l981, Respondent advised that it has elected not file an appeal from that Decision. Accordingly, that Decision is now the Postal Service Decision as provided in § 952.24(a) of the applicable Rules of Practice (39 C.F.R. § 952.24(a)).

A remedial order under 39 U. S. Code § 3005 is being issued herewith.
