POSTAL SERVICE DECISION ON MOTION FOR RELIEF FROM DEFAULT ORDER

By letter of September 5, 1979, Respondent, in effect, requested relief from an order of default of September 5, 1979. On consideration of Respondent's supporting information it is concluded that the answer could have been timely filed, or at a minimum, that a timely request for an extension of the period for filing the answer could have been requested.

Accordingly, good cause for relief from Mail Stop order No. 79-49 has not been shown. Supplement A to Mail Stop Order No. 79-49 is vacated and the Mail Stop Order is placed in full force and effect.
