DECISION ON APPEAL

In accordance with my order of July 28, 1976, the Postal Service has filed for in camera inspection a copy of the Postal Inspector's Investigative Memorandum supporting the contracting officer's decision to suspend Contract Master Services, Inc. The corporation has filed additional affidavits by its present president, Mr. Harvey E. Lanier, Jr., and its secretary-treasurer, Mrs. Alma I. Tippett Lanier.

I have reviewed the above documents together with the other documents which have been filed in this appeal and based thereon I conclude that there is adequate evidence to support the instant suspension. The appeal is accordingly denied.
