DECISION ON MOTION FOR RECONSIDERATION

Petitioner has filed a timely motion for reconsideration of the Postal Service Decision in the subject case rearguing the contentions it raised on appeal from the Initial Decision. Petitioner's arguments have been considered but afford an insufficient basis to change or reverse the Decision. Accordingly the motion is denied.
