Prior proceedings in this matter led to the issuance of Postal Service Order No. 75-85 against mail addressed to:

GOVERNMENT LAND DIGEST at

Post Office Box 2217,

Norman, Oklahoma 73069

and at

Post Office Box A,

Minco, Oklahoma 73059.

On October 31, 1975, Complainant filed a Petition for a Supplemental 39 U.S.C. § 3005 Order alleging in effect that Respondent is evading or attempting to evade the provisions of Postal Service Order No. 75-85 and requesting that a supplemental order be issued against mail addressed to:

GOVERNMENT LAND SURVEY

155 Laws - No. 20

Ukiah, California 95482.

No answer to the Peitition has been filed by Respondent although time granted therefor has expired.

Accordingly, the allegations of the Petition which are prima facie shown by attachments thereto, are taken as established and the supplemental order under 39 U.S.C. § 3005 will issue forthwith as requested.
