In the Matter of the Petition by ) September 22, 1975 ) GEORGE W. SCHULTZ ) 40 Main Street ) Butler, New Jersey 07405 ) P.S. Docket No. 3/143 ) Proposed Revocation of Second-Class ) Mail Privileges for "WANAQUE BULLETIN"; ) "BULET ARGUS"; "KINNELON TIMES"; "NORTH ) JERSEY TIMES"; "BLOOMINGDALE ARGUS"; ) "RIVERDALE BULLETIN"; "POMPTON LAKES ) BULLETIN" and "OAKLAND BULLETIN" ) Lussier, Edward F.
The Petitioner has filed a one sentence motion for reconsideration of the subject decision
"on the grounds that the evidence presented and reflected by the record sustains the conclusion that the Petitioiner has complied with 39 U.S.C. § 4354(a)(2) and (5); that a conclusion to the contrary is incorrect as a matter of law and that the second-class privileges of the Petitioner should not have been revoked."
The Initial Decision and the Postal Service Decision on appeal state the factual and legal basis for upholding the revocation of Petitioner's second-class mail privileges. I perceive no basis to reverse the action taken. The motion for reconsideration is accordingly denied.
