POSTAL SERVICE DECISION AND ORDER

In a stipulation dated, and made a matter of record in this case, March 18, 1974, the parties named in the caption of this Decision and Order agreed to be bound by any final administrative or judicial decision reached in either National Auto Research Publications, Inc., P.S. Docket No. 2/131 and/or National Automobile Dealers Association Used Car Guide Company, P.S. Docket No. 2/183. Final Postal Service Decisions in the referenced cases were rendered on October 29, 1975, and November 4, 1975, respectively, both decisions upholding proposed revocations of the second-class mail privileges of the publications there involved. Accordingly, it is found, concluded and ordered that the publication here in issue, "Red Book", is not a publication entitled to second-class mail privileges and the proposed revocation of such privileges for "Red Book" is upheld.
