POSTAL SERVICE DECISION

At the time and on the record of the hearing held on 4 September 1974 in the Matter of the Complaint Against Uxbridge Products Company and Uxbridge Health Products Company, 84 State Street, Boston, Massachusetts 02109 (P.S.Docket No. 2/199) the parties to the instant matter stipulated that the decision in that proceeding should determine the outcome herein (Transcript in P.S. Docket No. 2/199, p. 3). On 24 December 1974 the undersigned as Acting Judicial Officer issued his decision in Uxbridge Products Company and Uxbridge Health Products Company (P.S. Docket No. 2/199) which directed the issuance of an order pursuant to 39 U.S.C. 3005 against the Respondents in that proceeding. Accordingly, an order pursuant to 39 U.S.C. 3005 against the Respondents herein is issued herewith.
