WHEREAS prior proceeding in P.S. Docket No. 2/118 led to the issuance of Order No. 73-101 against mail addressed to Melissa Dubois Methods at the address specified in said order;

WHEREAS on 26 September 1973 Complainant filed a Petition for Supplemental Order alleging in effect that Respondent is evading or attempting to evade the provisions of Postal Service Order No. 73-101 and requesting that in accordance with § 952.30 (39 C.F.R. 952.30) of the applicable rules of procedure a supplemental order be issued against mail addressed to the name and address shown in the caption above;

WHEREAS no responsive pleadings have been received and the time for the filing thereof has expired;

WHEREAS in the absence of Respondent's pleading the allegations of the petition are deemed established;

NOW THEREFORE, it is ordered that the supplemental order requested by Complainant shall be issued forthwith.
