POSTAL SERVICE DECISION AND ORDER

An Order of Dismissal was issued by the Director, Office of Hearing Examiners on March 8, 1972, which provided:

"IT IS ORDERED that (1) the proposed annulment by the Director of second-class mailing privileges for the publication "The Papoose of Murrow Home' is sustained; and (2) the instant petition is hereby dismissed. The effectiveness of this order is hereby stayed to and including March 24, 1972, within which time the publisher may appeal to the Judicial Officer from this order."

As no appeal has been filed by the Petitioner and the time for appeal has passed, the foregoing order is the final Postal Service Order and the stay of the effectiveness of the order has expired.
