Selection Process
Applicants will be required to complete the application process as described in the "Apply for Internship" section in this Web site. Applicants selected on the basis of this process will be invited to participate in a one-day Assessment Center process in February 2006.
Those applicants who best meet the Management Intern Program requirements as identified by the Assessment Center will be invited to interview with Postal Service managers to whom they may be assigned. Those applicants who best meet the Program needs of these management officials may be offered a position in the Program.
Employment will be contingent upon successfully passing a pre-employment drug screening to meet the USPS® employment requirements.
