Purpose
The purpose of the Management Intern Program is to prepare persons capable of assuming targeted operational management positions that are critical to the future of the Postal Service. The program provides opportunities for highly qualified management professionals who have a graduate degree in an appropriate subject, and who can:

Manage diverse people and technologies in a high-speed plant-processing, retail, or delivery operations environment
Solve problems creatively
Take initiative
Work in teams
Help direct the high-tech future of the Postal Service
