Publication 91, Confirmation Services Technical Guide

Changes made to Publication 91 (September 2003 edition) in the Postal Bulletin are as follows:

Chapter 9, Forms
Effective August 5, 2004, the section on Forms is revised to reflect the most current edition of applicable forms. We
replaced the March 2003 edition of PS Form 5051 with the June 2004 edition, and we omitted PS Form 5051-C,
which was made obsolete when the information contained in it was included in the June 2004 edition of PS Form
5051. We also replaced the March 2003 edition of PS Form 1357-S with the September 2003 edition.
