Use a non-narrow variant of Helvetica or Arial sans-serif font whose alpha
characters are easily distinguishable from its numeric characters. For
example, in some fonts, "O," "S," and "B" are frequently mistaken for "0," "5,"
and "8." It is also highly recommended that the numeric "0" be presented with
a slash (example 4).
