USPS.COM UPDATE
Majority Of Transactions Should Process Without Incident
Customers should begin to experience routine transactions on Click-N-Ship, with far fewer system interruptions, as the Postal Service continues to fine-tune corrections to the networks that drive usps.com.
While some customers still may experience difficulties, the majority of transactions should process without incident. Customers who may not be able to complete a final transaction on Click-N-Ship should remember that no credit card will be billed unless a label is printed.
The other tools and services available at usps.com currently are running without incident, including free package pickup, ZIP Code Look Up, Post Office Locator and The Postal Store.
Problems still may occur infrequently, and we ask customers for their continued patience and support as we continue to monitor the situation and test network systems. We apologize again for the inconvenience this has caused our valued customers and business partners, we thank you for your patience and we look forward to being able to provide the quality level of service you can expect from the U.S. Postal Service.
Should any problems arise, customers still are able to use Endicia.com and Stamps.com for their postage needs and can refer questions to 1-800-ASK-USPS. Again, we thank you for your cooperation as we continue to work toward a resolution.
