New contract postal unit - Let's Party - opens in Spokane April 18

SPOKANE, WA — With the opening of the Let's Party Contract Postal Unit on Wednesday, April 18, Spokane residents will have a new resource for meeting their postal and mailing needs.

Let's Party is located at 551 E. Hawthorne Road in Spokane. Customers can go to this new postal location to purchase stamps, mail and drop off letters and packages, purchase expedited mail services like Express and Priority Mail, and to mail items internationally.

The new Let's Party Contract Postal Unit will be open for customers' mailing needs every day of the week. Let's Party's hours are:

  • Monday – Friday: 9:30 a.m. to 8 p.m.
  • Saturday: 9:30 a.m. to 6 p.m.
  • Sunday: 11:30 a.m. to 6 p.m.

"We are proud to team up with Let's Party to open this convenient postal retail outlet for our Spokane customers," said Spokane Postmaster Ed Schierberl. "It will really add to our customers' postal ease of use, convenience and quality of mail service."

"We are excited to partner with the Post Office in offering another convenient location for customers to use the mail, in addition to providing party invitations and supplies," said Let's Party Manager Don Sandlin. "We invite everyone to stop by during our grand opening May 8!"

An independent federal agency, the Postal Service is the only delivery service that visits every address in the nation — 146 million homes and businesses — six days a week and also has 37,000 retail locations. It relies on the sale of postage, products and services to pay for operating expenses, not tax dollars. USPS has annual revenues of $73 billion and delivers more than 46 percent of the world's mail volume.
