Postal Service Small Business Specialists know the ins and outs of dealing with the costs of running a business. They are experienced in helping find the answers to getting your business on the map; reaching the customer base you want to reach and developing a strategy to save you money.

The Postal Service’s award winning on-line services Click-N-Ship and usps.com can, on your first visit, make sure you are not overspending on your shipping costs and will help you design mailings that will be effective and cost efficient.

Take this opportunity to sit down with a Postal Service Small Business Specialists. They will be there to help you get started and walk you through the user-friendly process at this Special Events Day at the North Burlington Post Office. You’re sure to come away smarter.

Identification needed to apply for a passport includes proof of U.S. citizenship in the form of a certified birth certificate or naturalization papers. And, proof of identity such as a drivers license, old passport, military ID, etc. Social Security number and parents’ place of birth will be required, as well. Both parents must be present to apply for a passport for children under 16 years of age or have a notarized parental consent form if one parent cannot be present.

The cost for a first-time passport is $100.00 for ages 16 or older and $85.00 for a child under 16. Passport cards, for some international travel, are available for $45.00 for adults and $35.00 for children. Passport photos are $15.00. Expedited service is available for an additional fee.
