Morrisville Post Office employees are proud of their achievements
MORRISVILLE, VT— The United States Postal Service uses a Customer Satisfaction Measurement survey to monitor the service their customers receive. The Customer Satisfaction Measurement is a survey tool sent to random customers asking them to evaluate all aspects of their Postal Service experience from the retail lobby to the mailbox. Customers are asked to rate their most recent contact with the Post Office which includes questions relating to delivery of the mail, availability of parking, professionalism of staff, along with ease of use and wait time in line questions.
The Five Star Award goes out to Post Offices that achieve a high customer service rating from the Customer Satisfaction Survey. The Morrisville Vermont Post Office has been honored twice based on the overwhelmingly positive responses by local businesses and residents to the survey regarding services provided by Morrisville Post Office employees.
