Business: The Postal Service has a dedicated portal on its website
for small business owners — usps.com/smallbiz. The site offers pricing
comparisons for shipping options, supplies, desktop postage and easy
instructions to create postcards and letters to better reach customers.
Consumers: Almost anything you can do at a Post Office you can do online at usps.com. The convenience of the internet is one reason the Postal Service is encouraging its customers to go on line and ‘skip the trip’ to the Post Office.
