What you will need:
Proof of U.S. citizenship (provide one of the following):
- Previous U.S. Passport
- Certified U.S. birth certificate (with raised seal)
- Consular Report of Birth Abroad or Certification of Birth
- Certificate of Naturalization or Citizenship
Proof of Identity (provide one of the following):
- Current valid Driver's License
- Government or Military ID
- Certificate of Naturalization or Citizenship
- For minors under 14 years of age, each child must appear in person and both parents or legal guardians must present evidence of identity (i.e. foreign passport)
We will have cameras available to take required passport photos - $15 fee
We will have a Spanish translator available.
Passport fees:
Within 8 weeks* — US Department of State** — USPS Acceptance Fee***
Age 16 and older — $67 — $30
Age 15 and younger — $52 — $30
* US Department of State will provide expedited service for a $60 fee, paid with check, cash or money order.
** US Department of State total may be paid with check, cash or money order.
*** USPS acceptance fee may be paid with cash, check, money order, credit card or debit card.
