Full Service Postal Location Now Open in Holladay

There’s a new postal location in town, and it’s likely the first with a chandelier in the foyer.

A full service contract Post Office is now open for business inside Remember When Video, located at 4227 Highland Drive in Holladay. The business specializes in filming special events, such as weddings, which explains the chandelier and elegant furnishings. The hours for the new postal location are 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., Tuesday - Friday, and 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., on Saturdays.

“This new location offers our customers convenience and greater access to postal services," said Salt Lake Postmaster Scott Norris. “Contract postal locations offer virtually all of the services you would find at a Post Office. We encourage our customers to come down and get acquainted with our latest postal location.”

An independent federal agency, the U.S. Postal Service is the only delivery service that visits every address in the nation — 146 million homes and businesses. It has 37,000 retail locations and relies on the sale of postage, products and services to pay for operating expenses, not tax dollars. The Postal Service has annual revenues of $75 billion and delivers nearly half the world’s mail.
