Local Post Offices Provide One-on-One, Hands-On Customer Service, Treats

Dallas, TX — The Postal Service® has one of the more popular Internet sites in the world, accessed by customers more than a million times a day. Just about anything you can do at a Post Office™ you can do at our award-winning Web site, www.usps.com.

I know that many of our customers could save precious time and money without leaving their home or office, simply by going to www.usps.com.

Over the next two weeks , we will host USPS.com Week, featuring handouts, online demonstrations, and one-on-one customer service assistance. I want to make sure the people of Dallas community know that they can use our Quick, Easy, Convenient® online services to buy postage, order supplies, ship and track packages, and manage their mail without ever leaving their homes or offices. Today’s Mail® needs USPS.com®.
