Two Nashville Post Offices Open Sunday This Holiday Season

NASHVILLE, TN — Time keeps slipping away for procrastinators who have not yet sent holiday cards, letters and packages. "To help ease the last-minute holiday rush, the Green Hills Post Office, located at 1906 Glen Echo Road, will be open from 12:00 to 4:00 this Sunday, December 16, 2007," said Customer Relations Coordinator Paula McCollum.

In addition, the Main Post Office, at 525 Royal Parkway, is open from 6 a.m. to midnight, Monday through Saturday, and from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Sundays and holidays.

To help last-minute holiday gifts and shipments arrive on time, McCollum advises customers to use Priority Mail until Dec. 20. After Dec. 20, the Post Office recommends guaranteed, overnight Express Mail® service to ensure shipments arrive in time for the holidays. Express Mail® is delivered every day of the year- even on Christmas Day. Check local Post Offices for details.
