Five Pittsburgh Area Post Offices to Stay Open Later

6 and 7 p.m. weekday closings adds convenience to area customers

PITTSBURGH, PA — Five Post Office and branch locations in the Pittsburgh area will stay open later beginning Saturday, June 7 as an added convenience for area customers.

New hours of operation are:

Squirrel Hill Station, 1800 Murray Avenue, 15217
Mon.-Fri. 9 a.m. until 6 p.m.—Sat. 9 a.m. until 4 p.m.

Carson Station, 1731 E. Carson Street, 15203

Mon.-Fri. 9 a.m. 7 p.m.—Sat. 9 a.m. until 4 p.m.

Montour Branch, 1936 Park Manor Blvd, (Robinson Town Center), 15205
Mon.-Fri. 9 a.m. 7 p.m.—Sat. 9 a.m. until 4 p.m.

Pleasant Hills Branch, 500 Regis Avenue, 15235
Mon.-Fri. 9 a.m. 7 p.m.—Sat. 9 a.m. until 4 p.m.

Murrysville Post Office, 1 Priority Lane, 15668
Mon.-Fri. 9 a.m. 7 p.m.—Sat. 9 a.m. until 4 p.m.

In addition, the Squirrel Hill Station, Pleasant Hills Branch, and Murrysville Post Office all have an Automated Postal Center which customers can use 24-hours a day to buy stamps or mail packages anywhere in the U.S. using a credit or debit card.

Many services are also available on a 24-hour basis by going online to usps.com. Users can buy stamps, print mailing labels, pay for postage, confirm delivery or arrange for a package pick up at the home or office at no extra charge.
