Marion Post Office Holding Cyber Tuesday Event
Public Invited to Attend Informational Presentations
MARION —The Marion Post Office will host "Cyber Monday and Cyber Tuesday" events on Dec. 1 and Dec. 2 at its 230 Bark Road West location in Marion, OH 43302. The purpose of these all-day events is to inform customers of the Postal Service's online shipping services and products
Officer-in-Charge Joseph Schneider will be on hand to answer any questions. “We want holiday shoppers to know that when it’s time to send those gifts, they can do it all online in the comfort of their home,” says Schneider. “We have Click-N-Ship, which lets you print postage and mailing labels from your computer. Plus we give you price savings on Priority Mail and Express Mail when you ship online. The amount of savings depends on the number of packages you mail. The more you ship, the more you save. And we include free Delivery Confirmation when you use Click-N-Ship.”
The Postal Service offers free, eco-friendly, recyclable Express Mail and Priority Mail boxes and envelopes which can be ordered online at usps.com/shop for home delivery. “You can schedule carrier pickup online and we’ll pick up your packages for free,” Schneider adds. “We come to you, so you can skip the trip and save fuel this Yule. There’s never a fuel surcharge when you ship with the Postal Service and no extra charge for Saturday delivery. You save time, money and energy by shipping with us online.”
You can do more at usps.com. The site has a postage calculator, a Post Office locator, and provides package tracking and ZIP Code lookup. You can have your mail held when you’re away or file a change of address online. At the Postal Store, you can buy stamps, stationery, cards and philatelic collectibles online. Customers can also go to www.usps.com for more information about online services.
