COLUMBUS – Columbus Postal District Manager Joshua D. Colin is asking for assistance from postal customers to provide uninterrupted mail service to all Central, Eastern and Southeastern Ohio residents.
In order to assure mail delivery to your affected areas, please observe the following:
- Be sure no debris blocks the access to your mailbox.
- If your mailbox is badly damaged or destroyed please provide a secure receptacle, with your address clearly displayed, in order for your letter carrier to leave your mail at your residence. Mail cannot be delivered unless a receptacle is provided.
- If your residence is uninhabitable, please complete a Change of Address card to facilitate the delivery of your mail to a valid temporary address. Change of Address cards are available from your letter carrier, your local Post Office or online at USPS.com.
In the Columbus area alone, customer needing to access Post Office retail services can do so at most Columbus Postal facilities however, there are limited retail operations at the following facilities.

Bexley at 2935 E. Main Street, Bexley, OH 43209
Eastland at 4255 Macsway Ave., Columbus. OH 43232
Livingston at 3850 E. Livingston Ave. Columbus, 43227
Upper Arlington at 3700 Riverside Drive, Columbus OH, 43221
West Worthington at 6316 Nicholas Drive, Columbus OH 43235
Worthington at 597 High Street, Worthington OH 43085
There are no retail operations at:
Linden at 2200 Innis Rd., Columbus, OH 43211
Northland at 2469 E. Dublin Granville Road, Columbus OH 43229
Clintonville at 4364 N. High St., Columbus, OH 43202
Hilltop at 2700 W. Broad St., Columbus, OH 43228
Mail delivery is in progress throughout the city. Delivery attempts will be made throughout the city with minimal disruption at neighborhoods that are unsafe to access.
