Mailboxes to be sealed for Hispanic Columbus Day Parade

NEW YORK, N.Y.—In the interest of security and safety, postal officials will seal blue mail collection boxes at select Manhattan locations for the annual Hispanic Columbus Day Parade. The mailboxes will be sealed after the last pick up of mail on Saturday, October 10 and re-opened on the morning of Monday, October 12.
