QUOTES:
“When your letter carrier delivers this envelope, it is evident that economic development is a priority in New York State. We’re proud to deliver that message,” explained the Postal Service’s District Manager for the Albany District, Edward F. Phelan, Jr.
“Empire State Development is working hard to encourage economic investment across New York State and our partnership with the USPS will help businesses save on their shipping costs, which is important during these tough economic times. Additionally, our new partnership will work to raise the public’s awareness of the I LOVE NEW YORK brand, reminding them of the rich and abundant vacation opportunities that await them here in New York,: added Dennis M. Mullen, Chairman and CEO designate of Empire State Development.
