Military Mail Deadline Nears

MANCHESTER, NH — Tomorrow is the deadline to mail packages using First-Class Mail or Priority Mail for Dec. 25 deliveries to military bases around the world, except for Iraq and Afghanistan (that deadline already passed). Mail addressed to military Post Offices overseas is subject to certain conditions or restrictions regarding content, preparation and handling, and most likely requires customs forms. For customers’ convenience, customs labels and postage can be easily filled out and printed online at usps.com.
