Triangle Postal Forum helps mailers in tight economy
CHAPEL HILL, NC — The 2009 Postal Forum and Vendor Exhibition, sponsored by the Greater Triangle Area Postal Customer Council (GTAPCC) and the U.S. Postal Service, will be held Wednesday, August 19, 2009 at the UNC’s Friday Center for Continuing Education in Chapel Hill. Mailers of all size businesses, mailroom managers and staff, direct mailers and non-profit businesses are invited to this Seminar, which comes at a time when “the need has never been greater to use all resources necessary to grow businesses in the most intelligent, cost-effective way possible,” according to Howard Sample, Postal Co-Chairperson, GTAPCC.
”Our customers want and need to learn the latest technology, policies and techniques to grow their business at affordable costs,” says Sample, Raleigh’s Postmaster. “This Postal Forum allows customers to meet with mail addressing experts, attend educational seminars in various mailing topics, and review demonstrations of the latest, most innovative equipment and technology our industry has produced.”
The Forum is highlighted by a number of seminars and vendor booths targeted to mailpiece design, direct mail campaigns, Intelligent Mail, growing your small business, and much more. The Postal Customer Council is a community group made up of businesses and Postal Service leaders who work together to improve mail service, identify and correct problems, and exchange ideas to help member companies be more successful. The PCC Network today represents more than 200 groups and 100,000 members nationwide.
