Southborough Post Office earns Mystery Shopper award

NO MYSTERY HERE—Southborough Postmaster Christopher Capobianco, left, was presented a special plaque on behalf of his sales and service associates for attaining perfect Mystery Shopper scores in Postal Quarter 4. Massachusetts Postal District Manager John W. “Mike” Powers III made the presentation when senior postal leaders from Massachusetts District met for their quarterly meeting Oct. 29 in the Boxborough Woods Holiday Inn, Boxborough.
