USPS honors Millbury retail associate for training contributions

DAVID CHARETTE, a sales and service associate (SSA) in Millbury Post Office, was recognized by the Massachusetts Postal District for his contributions as a classroom instructor and retail coach for the Sales and Service Associate Academy. Pamela Trainor, human resources specialist, presented him with a letter signed by Marcia Condon, district manager of training, stating, in part: “The training you provide is the foundation from which our new SSAs build their skills. This foundation allows our newly appointed SSAs the opportunity to begin their jobs with the knowledge, customer service skills, and pride in their job which is fundamental to the future success of the United States Postal Service.”
