Greenfield postmaster celebrates 35 years as government employee

GREENFIELD POSTMASTER Richard C. Callahan, left, was presented with a 35-year service award when nearly 100 senior postal leaders from the western Massachusetts met for a quarterly meeting June 27, in Springfield’s Main Street Station. Massachusetts Postal District Manager John W. “Mike” Powers III made the presentation saying: “The good reputation enjoyed by the Postal Service is based upon the loyal service of persons like yourself, and I am proud to commend you for your contributions.
