Grand Re-Opening Set For Postal Facility
Newly Remodeled Location Offers 24-Hour Access

NORTH MIDDLETOWN, KY — After sustaining structural damage from a falling tree last year, the North Middletown Post Office has been given an updated look.
To mark the occasion, Postmaster Cheryl Robinson will hold a grand re-opening from 2 to 4 p.m. Thursday, May 28 at the facility, 216 E. Main St.
“We’re thrilled that the remodeling is finished. I think our customers will be pleasantly surprised,” said Robinson. “We’ve added new Post Office boxes and our box section is now open 24 hours a day, Monday through Friday, for customer convenience.”
New Middletown Mayor Jeff McFarland, members of the North Middletown Fire Department and students from North Middletown Elementary School will be on hand for the celebration. Robinson is inviting residents to stop by and check out the remodeling updates.
“The Post Office is the heart of any community,” Robinson said. “I hope everyone can join us in this celebration.”
The New Middletown Post Office is open 8:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. and 2 to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday and 8:45 a.m. to 12:45 p.m. Saturday. The lobby is open 24 hours Monday through closing time on Saturday.
