Winslow Post Office hosts appreciation events for community

Customer Appreciation Days Sept. 14 and 15

WINSLOW, IN — The Winslow Post Office, 501 N Main St, will be having Customer Appreciation Days Friday, Sept. 14 from 10 a.m to noon, and Saturday, Sept. 15 from 9:00 am to 10:00 am.

“Customer Appreciation Day is to thank local businesses and customers for their loyal patronage all year long,” said Winslow Postmaster Carolyn Mullen. “Customers will have a chance to win a free door prize and refreshments will be offered both days.

The Winslow Postmaster will also be recognizing the rural carrier substitutes for during an award presentation on Sept. 15 at 8:30 a.m.

 “Our rural carrier subs work hard and are dedicated,” said Mullen. “I'd like to invite the Winslow community to come and show their appreciation to their carriers.”
