Chicago District Customer Care Representatives to host meet-and-greets at local Post Offices October 10

CHICAGO — The Chicago District of the U.S. Postal Service is making it quick, easy and convenient for customers to get answers to their mail service questions.

The district’s new team of customer care representatives will meet and greet customers at 13 Chicago stations Wednesday, October 10 from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.  Customers are invited to visit their station, share their concerns about mail service, and get assistance with any current issues. Station managers will also be available to speak with customers during these sessions.

The customer care representatives have been in place at their respective stations since late September, and will work closely with station management to resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally.

    The meet-and-greets will be held at the following locations:

Additionally, Chicago Business Development Team members will be at the Rogers Park, Elsdon, Uptown and Henry McGee meet-and-greets to present Postal Service solutions for business customers and demonstrations of features available at www.usps.com.
