Riverdale Post Office Hosts Shipping Workshop for Local Businesses

Want to learn how to save $$$? We’ll see you on August 12!

Riverdale, IL—In today’s economy, businesses are looking for ways to cut costs while continuing to provide excellent service to customers. And when it comes to shipping needs, the Postal Service can help.

Come and discover how from noon to 1:30 p.m. Wednesday, August 12 at the Riverdale Branch, 661 W. 138th St. The Postal Service is organizing a special workshop in an effort to help local business customers save money on shipping.

Manager James Byrd and members of the Postal Service’s Sales Team will offer consultations, and a special demonstration of USPS.com will be provided at the event.

“It is easy and economical to use USPS.com,” said Shipping & Mailing Solutions Manager Michelle Neal. “Businesses can order free Priority Mail and Express Mail shipping supplies, print and pay for shipping labels, and request free Carrier Pickup — all online.”
