Express Mail Delivery Simplified

In an effort to make Express Mail articles available to customers as early as possible following a delivery attempt, a second delivery attempt will only be made at the customer’s request. A new Express Mail “hold for pickup” service places a call to the addressee upon arrival of the Express Mail item at the delivery Post Office. The addressee can collect the item at the Post Office at a time that is convenient to them.
