Post Offices Open Late for Last-Minute Returns April 15

Pembroke Pines FL— If you'll be working on your taxes into the evening hours on Tuesday, April 15, you'll be happy to know that several Post Offices are extending their hours to accept your last-minute income tax return.

In Miami-Dade County:
The following Miami locations will have full service retail operations and employees will collect IRS tax returns in the Post Office parking lot until 12 midnight:

• Norland Branch, 18640 NW 2 Avenue
• Miami General Mail Facility, 2200 NW 72 Avenue
• Snapper Creek Branch, 11000 SW 104 Street
Additionally, employees at the Ocean View Branch in Miami Beach will accept your return until 7 PM. Employees at the Hialeah Lakes Station and Miami Gardens Branch will accept your tax envelope until 6 PM.

These Miami Post Offices are open later than 5 PM daily, including Tuesday, April 15:
• Town and Country Postal Store, 8266 Mills Drive, until 7:30 PM
• Pinecrest Postal Store, 11301 S Dixie Highway, until 8 PM
• Avenue of the Americas Postal Store, 1455 NW 107 Avenue, until 9 PM

In Broward County:
Employees will collect tax returns until 12 midnight in the parking lot at these locations:
• Fort Lauderdale Main Office, 1900 West Oakland Park Blvd in Fort Lauderdale • South Florida Retail Unit, 16000 Pines Blvd in Pembroke Pines

As a reminder, these Post Offices are open daily after 5 PM, including Tuesday, April 15:
• South Florida Retail Unit, 16000 Pines Blvd in Pembroke Pines, until 7 PM
• Sawgrass Postal Store, 12801 W Sunrise Blvd in Fort Lauderdale, until 7 PM
• University Postal Store, 7972 Pines Blvd in Hollywood, until 8 PM

In Monroe County:
Check with your local Post Office for regular business hours.
