Noon – 2:00 pm

“Everyone is welcome to stop by Carroll Electric Cooperative Corp. in Berryville and participate. The training is located in the Meeting Room, 920 Highway 62 Spur,” said Beverly DeWitt, Green Forest Postmaster.  “You’ll learn how user friendly www.usps.com is when conducting your online business.”

Small Business Specialist, Kelley Wyatt will demonstrate the fast and easy ways to sell almost anything on eBay. Wyatt will share information about the quick and convenient online shipping options the United States Postal Service offers to eBay users.  The innovative, integrated online shipping solutions are just part of the reason why USPS is a preferred shipping service on eBay.

“The website is available 24/7.  Our website gets hundreds of thousands of visits each day,” said DeWitt.  “Customers are discovering the ease and convenience of going online to access Postal Service information, products and services.”

Almost anything available at the Post Office, can be done online at www.usps.com. Customers can send mail and packages, buy stamps, purchase items from the Postal Store, calculate rates, print labels, create greeting cards (with many gift card options) and newsletters, and locate Post Offices and ZIP Codes.

Additionally, customers can track and confirm mail items, place Change of Address and Hold Mail requests and schedule free Carrier Pick up services.

Customers may RSVP for the event by calling the Green Forest Post Office at 870-438-6112.

An independent federal agency, the U.S. Postal Service is the only delivery service that visits every address in the nation — 146 million homes and businesses. It has 37,000 retail locations and relies on the sale of postage, products and services to pay for operating expenses, not tax dollars. The Postal Service has annual revenues of $75 billion and delivers nearly half the world’s mail.
