Passport Fair in Ft. Smith

Passport Fair scheduled for Saturday, April 5th at Main Post Office

FT. SMITH, AR —Customers are encouraged to take advantage of a special day of Passport Acceptance and Passport photo service at the Main Post Office in Ft. Smith.  ”

Passport Applications and photo service will be processed:
Saturday, April 5th
9 am – 1 pm.
3318 S 74th St.
Ft. Smith, AR 72903

Fees for passports and passport cards as set by the State Department are:

  • Adult Passport Book- Passport Fee $75 + Execution Fee $25=$100 - Age 16 and over
  • Adult Passport Card- Passport Fee $20 + Execution Fee $25=$45 - Age 16 and over

Photos will be taken onsite; the photo fee is $15 for a set of 2 identical photos.

To help the passport application process go smoothly and efficiently, customers should:

  • Bring in proper proof of American citizenship. This must be one of the following: a certified birth certificate issued by the city, county or state; a previous U.S. passport; a certificate of citizenship; or a naturalization certificate. (Please note: a hospital-issued birth certificate alone is not acceptable.)
  • Bring in proof of identity. This must be one of the following: Current valid driver’s license, government ID, military ID, certificate of naturalization or citizenship. (minors under 14 years of age, each child must appear in person and both parents or legal guardians must present evidence of identity.)
  • To save time, download a passport application at www.usps.com/passport to complete your application beforehand. (must be unsigned at time of application)
