The Remington, IN, (47977) and Battle Ground, IN, (47920) Post Offices were closed in the morning, and re-opened by the afternoon, on Tuesday, Jan. 8. There is still the possibility of impacted delivery points in the two communities due to high standing water. The weather forecasts call for continued rain throughout the area.
