U.S. POSTAL SERVICE BOARD OF GOVERNORS TO MEET
IN WASHINGTON, DC, JAN. 6, 2004

WASHINGTON, DC -- The Board of Governors of the U.S. Postal 
Service will conduct its monthly meeting in Washington, DC, 
at Postal Service headquarters, 475 L'Enfant Plaza, SW, on 
Tuesday, Jan. 6, 2004.

While the morning meeting is in closed session, the public is 
welcome to observe Tuesday afternoon's session that is 
scheduled to begin at 2:30 p.m. in the Ben Franklin Room on 
the 11th floor.  The Board expects to discuss the matters 
listed in the agenda below.
