U.S. POSTAL SERVICE BOARD OF GOVERNORS TO MEET
IN WASHINGTON, D.C., NOVEMBER 3, 2003

WASHINGTON -- The Board of Governors of the U.S. Postal Service will conduct its 
monthly meeting in Washington, D.C., at Postal Service headquarters, 475 L'Enfant 
Plaza, SW, on Monday, November 3, 2003.

While the Monday morning meeting is in closed session, the public is welcome to 
observe Monday afternoon's meeting.  Monday's open session is scheduled to 
begin at 3 p.m. in the Ben Franklin Room on the 11th floor.  The Board expects 
to discuss the matters in the following agenda:
