U.S. POSTAL SERVICE BOARD OF GOVERNORS
TO MEET IN CHICAGO, IL, MAY 5-6

WASHINGTON, DC — The Board of Governors of the U.S. Postal Service will conduct its
monthly meeting in Chicago, IL, at the Sofitel Hotel, 20 E. Chestnut St., on Monday 
and Tuesday, May 5-6, 2003.

While the Monday meeting is in closed session, the public is welcome to observe Tuesday’s
meeting. Tuesday’s open session is scheduled to begin at 8:00 a.m. in the Grand/Chicago
Ballroom.

The Board expects to discuss the matters listed in the agenda below.
