Fill Out a Postage Statement

Once your mail is packaged and all of the trays are sleeved and strapped, you’re ready to fill out a postage statement. A postage statement is a special form produced by the Postal Service that documents the number of pieces in your mailing and the postage rate that you're paying for those pieces. It also includes spaces for your company name and permit number.
