Courier Information Systems Advise all couriers to complete the forms that were distributed regarding the courier information systems as soon as possible. We will be asking to set up a meeting to talk to all couriers regarding this program.
To server all of our customers more efficiently, it is important that all remitters assist us with the following:
- Return missorted mail daily,
- Notify this office in writing immediately if there is a change in courier or courier service,
- It is suggested, to those remitters that have a series of boxes on reserve, to activate box numbers within your series prior to requesting the rental of additional caller numbers,
- in order to receive all available mail, inform couriers to immediately call for mail when they arrive.
